- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.

- Company-Initiated Interruption: If we must halt services due to equipment issues or team availability, we will calculate the remaining balance to be refunded based on the work completed.
Weather Delays
Due to the nature of our business, weather conditions can sometimes impact our ability to provide timely service. Our policy for weather-related delays includes:
- Rescheduling: If a service appointment must be postponed due to severe weather conditions, we will reschedule at the earliest convenient time for you without any additional charges.
